Hank Gilbert to Testify at Joint Transportation Cmte. Hearing

Austin, TX-Texas Agriculture Commission Candidate Hank Gilbert will testify in front of the Texas House and Senate Joint Transportation Committee hearing today. Gilbert will speak in opposition of toll road expansion and privatization. He will also address eminent domain issues.
Gilbert will also specifically highlight the major problems brought to this state by HB 3588, which was sponsored by (then Senator) Todd Staples in 2003.
