TYLER—Hank Gilbert will launch his gubernatorial campaign with a 13-city “Road To Prosperity” tour of Texas on Monday, September 21. The tour will conclude on Wednesday, September 23. The tour will coincide with a major policy announcement from Gilbert. The tour will arrive in San Antonio on Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 23, 2009 at 12:30 p.m.
